As you may well know there are millions of people who go hungry each day in the United States.

According to the USDA, more than 11 million children in the United States live in "food insecure" homes. That means that those households don't have enough food for every family member to consume the proper nutrition and lead a healthy life.

Over 38 million people live in poverty, or 12% of all Americans, according to 2018 data from the U.S. Census Bureau. 15 million of those were children.

Master Vegan Cooking formed to serve two purposes.  First, be a leading source in providing healthy vegan recipes and related content for those who are interested in living this rewarding lifestyle.  Second, to help feed the hungry who are less fortunate in our communities.  These two things are core to our mission and beliefs.
